• Account data — name, email, password and billing details.
• Workspace data — your searches, saved leads, campaigns and analyses.
• Lead data — business contact information discovered or enriched on your behalf.
• Usage and technical data — IP, device/browser, logs and cookies.

To provide the Service, run lead discovery and analysis you request, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, send transactional email, secure the platform and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

Business contact data surfaced through the Service is intended for legitimate B2B outreach. You are the controller of the lead data you export and must have a lawful basis (e.g. legitimate interest) to contact those individuals, honour opt-outs, and comply with GDPR/ePrivacy and local marketing law.

As we are established in Italy, the GDPR applies. We process data to perform our contract, on consent where required, for our legitimate interests in operating a secure Service, and to comply with law. The Italian Garante is our lead supervisory authority.

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full card numbers.

We share data only with processors that help run the Service (hosting, AI/data providers, email, payments) under data-processing agreements, or where required by law. We retain data while your account is active and as required by law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing by emailing [email protected]. International transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
