Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to LeadPlatform subscriptions, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Lewes, Delaware, USA.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew thereafter.
2. Refunds
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that initial payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by mandatory law (including EU/Italian consumer rights).
3. Credit / Usage Consumption
Where a plan includes lead credits or usage allowances, refunds may be reduced to reflect credits already consumed at the time of the request.
4. How to Request
Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
