These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadPlatform and its websites, dashboards and APIs (the "Service"), operated by StoresWiki LLC, Lewes, Delaware, USA. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LeadPlatform provides AI-powered lead discovery, website analysis and outreach tooling for agencies and sales teams. Features available depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually via our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

4. Acceptable Use & Data

You must use discovered contact data lawfully and in compliance with applicable marketing, anti-spam and data-protection laws (including GDPR and the ePrivacy rules). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the leads you process. You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive outreach, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software and branding remain the property of StoresWiki LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the Service.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of StoresWiki LLC is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; the courts located in Delaware, USA have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
